Curious from an early age about how things worked, Lars built his first tube amplifier at the age of 12. After a long engineering career designing radios, navigation equipment, microcomputer systems and most recently railway signalling systems, Lars returned to his true love in 2001 when he started work on a new tube amplifier that would become the critically acclaimed LARS.
